Fatigue/lethargy

Does it take you a couple of cups of coffee or ‘Red Bull’s’ to get going in the morning?

Do you feel absolutely exhausted when you wake up in the morning? Do you rely on ‘energy drinks’ and/or coffee to keep you going throughout the day? Have you seen your GP and had the blood tests etc., to be told that everything is ‘normal’? Your body is an amazing machine and it has a number of ways of telling you that not all is well.  It may be that you have some dietary imbalance that is throwing your body out of whack. It may be that your body is reacting poorly to your lifestyle and is ‘telling’ you to slow down.
