Use it or lose it! If you don’t maintain your mobility, you will limit your ability to function as a human being! Without the appropriate mobility and flexibility in the right areas – you will use poor quality movements to compensate and quite likely end up injured or in a state of discomfort. I have been improving the mobility and flexibility of people in Toowoomba for over seven years now. Using a number of strategies to increase your flexibility and restore mobility, you will end up overriding the programming of your nervous system to enhance your quality of movement. This may be a rapid process for some and slower for others. Consistency is the key here.
