Sport Specific Training

Do athletes perform well because of their training, or in spite of it?

So, you are a sports person or athlete – you want to maximize your time in the gym so that you can focus on your sport. You want to be able to make gains in your sport, without spending hours in the gym (unless you’re a strength athlete!). You need to get the biggest bang for your buck!  Using a number of approaches, including Soviet strength training systems to increase your athletic capability, without decreasing performance is what I have been doing for over 20 years! I have trained athletes at national and international levels in a wide number of sports including martial arts; rugby; basketball; netball; endurance events; and golf. I have also assisted people to pass the entry physicals for the police, fire service and the armed forces.
