Tactical Strength Challenge

Twice per year, you get a chance to see how you rank in an international challenge of strength!

Are you competitive by nature and want to compete without injury and with a training investment of approximately 3 hours per week? Do you want to have a definite goal to focus your training toward? The Tactical Strength Challenge is for you! This is a contest of maximal strength (deadlift); strength endurance (chin ups); and aerobic endurance (5 minute snatch test). The first goal is for you to master the exercises (under expert coaching) and then participate in a competition. Held in April & October, this is the focus of some of my intermediate & advanced clients – it could be yours too!
